Chief Executive Officer James G. Huse, Jr. is a national expert on identity fraud and an established authority concerning asset and critical infrastructure protection, accountability oversight, and assurance.

A skilled law enforcement and crisis operations executive, Mr. Huse previously was Inspector General of Social Security where he directed the audit and investigative operations of the Office of the Inspector General, U.S. Social Security Administration from 1998 to 2004.
Mr. Huse also was assistant director of the U. S. Secret Service from 1994 to 1996, where he was responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the inspection and internal security of Secret Service offices, divisions, and employees. In that role, he appraised the effectiveness of international and domestic operations, assessed the quality of management and supervision, and determined the adherence to policies, regulations, and procedures.
As a U. S. Secret Service agent for 25 years, Mr. Huse became an expert on financial and identity fraud criminal investigations as well as on physical and major events security operations. In 2007, Mr. Huse was bestowed a Life Membership of the International Association of Chiefs of Police.
Mr. Huse was a captain in the U.S. Army with assignments in the infantry and military intelligence and was decorated for valor and meritorious service. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in English from Boston College. |

President & Chief Operating Officer Karen A. Watson has more than 25 years of accounting, finance, and general business experience in the healthcare, transportation, consumer, and defense-related industries.

Ms. Watson oversees all operations of IntegriGuard's organization, including the daily operations associated with IntegriGuard’s federal contracts and system security.
Prior to joining IntegriGuard, Ms. Watson was employed with Union Pacific Railroad in Omaha, Nebraska. During her 13-year career with Union Pacific, Ms. Watson held positions in Finance, Accounting, and Purchasing. As General Director Purchasing-Mechanical she was responsible for the purchase and lease of $2.5 billion in mechanical railroad equipment and general supplies; as VP Finance/CFO-Joint Ventures she managed more than 50 of the organization's strategic business alliances and joint venture partnerships; and as Manager Capital Budgeting, she led a financial analysis team responsible for a multi-billion dollar annual capital budget.
Ms. Watson holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
