IntegriGuard has an opportunity for a Director of Information Technology who will oversee all aspects of Information Technology Services. The successful individual will manage the daily activities of information technology (IT) staff supporting companywide strategies and activities for procuring, architecting, configuring, and maintaining technology-related assets, including hardware, network, and software components; analyze company business needs and propose products, systems, and/or development solutions as appropriate; provide hands on management with technical expertise to manage areas of oversight; serve as a Lead Architect that provides strategic IT solutions to various internal company business units; interface with industry on information management and IT; design and implement companywide technical architecture that will include software, hardware, and communications to support company business goals and objectives; develop IT strategic plans to provide for present and future cross-functional requirements; direct the information strategy of the company based on forecasting information from senior management; evaluate analytical and systematical problems of workflows, organization, and planning and develop appropriate corrective action; coordinate the analysis, modification, maintenance, documentation, and installation of operating systems, utilities, and related software to meet corporate computing requirements; make recommendations on software/hardware required to most effectively solve business problems; maintain IT system security, interfacing with the System Security Officer, internal/external customers, and business partners as required; manage maintenance agreements and maintain technology asset inventory; develop and maintain comprehensive infrastructure application configuration database/library of all supporting documentation and provides user account administration for the infrastructure applications; define appropriate standards, policies, operating procedures, work instructions, software toolsets, and supporting peripherals to facilitate the management accountability, functionality, and security of networked based systems; direct and prioritize the activities of the IT support team; assign and manage the workload of programmers, systems administrators, and contract personnel; monitor voice and data systems and perform network capacity monitoring for traffic, usage, and performance; develop and issue key project status update reports to Executive Management and Sr. Leadership as appropriate; facilitate support of work-at-home employees and support to employees in remote office locations and provide technical assistance to business development, proposal development, and technical alliances efforts.
