St. Luke's Subacute Hospital and Nursing Center, Inc. of Six Counts of Medicare Fraud
The United States Attorney's Office for the Northern District of California announced that St. Luke's Subacute Hospital and Nursing Center, Inc., and its President and CEO, Guy Roland Seaton, were convicted by a federal jury today of six counts of Medicare fraud.
