Federal Agencies
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is a federal agency within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). IntegriGuard performs task order work for CMS under three major contract umbrellas awarded by CMS.
The mission of the Department of Justice (DOJ) is “to enforce the law and defend the interests of the United States according to the law, to ensure public safety against threats foreign and domestic, to provide Federal leadership in preventing and controlling crime, to seek just punishment for those guilty of unlawful behavior, to administer and enforce the Nation’s immigration laws fairly and effectively, and to ensure fair and impartial administration of justice for all Americans.” IntegriGuard assists the DOJ in these efforts, as evidenced by successful case Resolutions.
The mission of the Office of Inspector General (OIG) is “to protect the integrity of Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) programs, as well as the health and welfare of the beneficiaries of those programs. The OIG has a responsibility to report both to the Secretary and to the Congress program and management problems and recommendations to correct them. OIG duties are carried out through a nationwide network of audits, investigations, inspections, and other mission-related functions performed by OIG components.” IntegriGuard assists the OIG in these efforts, as evidenced by successful case Resolutions.
